Junior Project Manager – Major Logistics Development (leading Irish development company)

What’s involved:
- Support the delivery of a large-scale logistics development that also incorporates residential and commercial aspects.
- Assist the senior project management team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities across multiple elements of the project.
- Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure progress aligns with programme, budget, and quality standards.
- Contribute to project scheduling and reporting, helping identify and resolve issues that could impact delivery.
- Gain experience in procurement and contract management processes, while gradually taking on more direct responsibility.
- Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols across the project.
- Support stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and helping ensure client expectations are met.
- Assist in project closeout activities, including documentation and handovers.

Qualifications
