Objectives & Outcomes

As a Power BI Analyst, you will:

• Transform raw data into clear and actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
• Take ownership of BI requests; treat visualizations as a product that delivers value and enables decisions.
• Approach challenges with initiative and independence: identify problems, propose practical solutions, and follow them through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues, being ready both to learn from others and to share your own knowledge.
• Actively contribute to the internal documentation and intelligence workspace.

Skills

We expect these skills to drive your success:

• At least one year of hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX, data modeling, and report design.
• Understanding of data visualization principles and ability to translate business needs into insightful dashboards.
• Attention to detail and ability to test your own work.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in SQL to support data exploration and troubleshooting will be considered a plus.
