We work on a project basis (in the EU and beyond), to this day we have already implemented over 320 projects and currently, we are working on another 45 projects. We have a wide range of clients from the financial sector, fintech, government projects, manufacturing companies etc.

WHAT WE DO

We are set up to provide our customers with end-to-end support in the process of developing software solutions:

• Business need analysis, design of functional and non-functional requirements, system analysis, support for business transformation and IT/business consultancy;
• User interface and experience design and development for mobile and desktop applications;
• Front and back-end development in a wide range of technologies: Java, .NET, Ruby, GoLang, Oracle, Python.
• Complete Data Warehouse solutions from architecture, design and implementation using mainly Vertica, Oracle and Microsoft platforms.
• Avalanche has been the central counterparty for multiple major banking projects in the Scandinavia and Baltics, in areas such as lending automation, regulatory reporting and calculations, integrations, governance, risk and compliance, Basel II/III, Stress Testing, AML/KYC.

You will have an amazing opportunity to work with an experienced and constantly growing team. Your first project in Avalanche Labs will be in the Banking sector. As a highly skilled Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Core & Talent Consultant to join one of our most attractive long-term enterprise banking projects.

This role will place you at the heart of a dynamic environment, where you will be expected to not only configure and deliver best-in-class solutions but also advise business stakeholders, optimize HR processes, and act as a trusted subject-matter expert. You will be surrounded by experienced professionals who value quality, reliability, and knowledge-sharing.

This is not a "hands-off" implementation role - this is a consulting assignment where your expertise, insights, and recommendations will have direct impact on enterprise-level HR transformation.

Location: Consultant's residence can be in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania. Work is hybrid: 2-3 days a week onsite at the client's office is required.

DO YOU HAVE...

🚀7+ years of proven experience with Oracle HCM Core - including configuration, system design, and process optimization.

🚀5+ years of proven experience with the Oracle HCM Talent module - implementing, advising, and fine-tuning solutions.

🚀Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to translate business requirements into clear functional solutions that fit enterprise banking standards.

🚀Solid track record in system configuration, customization, and end-to-end testing to ensure stability, data integrity, and reliability.

🚀Consulting mindset: proven ability to work independently, communicate with senior business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality, expert-level results.

NICE TO HAVE...

✨Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Compensation, or Absence Management.

✨Background in enterprise banking or financial services projects, where regulatory precision and data governance were key.

✨Strong facilitation and advisory skills - ability to challenge assumptions, guide clients to better solutions, and act as a trusted advisor.
