About the role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to marketing team! As a Graphic Designer, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of visual layout work across digital and print materials. You'll work closely with our marketing lead to shape the visual identity of our campaigns and content, ensuring everything we share is polished, consistent, and on-brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on design and the autonomy to help define how a brand is visually communicated.

What you will do:

Creative Design & Branding

• Develop visual assets for campaigns, advertisements, email marketing, social media, presentations, and web pages.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design work and platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life visually.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and layouts that support storytelling and brand engagement.

Digital & Print Media

• Design web banners, digital ads, brochures, flyers, posters, and event materials.
• Prepare and optimize graphics for both digital distribution and high-quality print production.
• Ensure visual materials meet technical specifications and maintain brand integrity across formats.

UI/UX Design Support

• Assist with the design and ongoing updates of user interfaces for the company’s website, Internet Banking platform, and Mobile Application.
• Ensure UI components align with branding while enhancing usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and visual refinements of digital touchpoints.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer design input during campaign planning and creative development.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and freelance creatives as needed to execute projects.

What we expect from you:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, spacing, and composition
• Experience designing for both digital and print, including preparing files for production
• Knowledge of web and UI/UX design principles, including responsive layouts and component-based systems
• Excellent communication, teamwork skils with the ability to express yourself clearly in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
