You will join the team working on many projects, utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Your tasks
- Performing business analysis and designing ServiceNow Source-to-Pay solutions aligned with stakeholders’ requirements
- Translating procurement and supplier management requirements into development specifications and supporting the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Creating and maintaining project documentation for Source-to-Pay processes (procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle, contract management)
- Managing development progress, deployments, and guiding customers through the UAT phase
- Conducting end-user training on platform usability and implementing Source-to-Pay solutions
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow Procurement solutions
- Proven ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay processes (e.g., Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management)
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst, including process modeling (BPMN) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with technology and business stakeholders, strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fundamental understanding of technologies used within ServiceNow (JavaScript, REST API, relational databases)
- ServiceNow certifications will be a strong asset
- Proficiency in English required
