ServiceNow Business Analyst with S2P experience

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

You will join the team working on many projects, utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Your tasks

• Performing business analysis and designing ServiceNow Source-to-Pay solutions aligned with stakeholders’ requirements
• Translating procurement and supplier management requirements into development specifications and supporting the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Creating and maintaining project documentation for Source-to-Pay processes (procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle, contract management)
• Managing development progress, deployments, and guiding customers through the UAT phase
• Conducting end-user training on platform usability and implementing Source-to-Pay solutions
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow Procurement solutions
  
  

Requirements

• Proven ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay processes (e.g., Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management)
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, including process modeling (BPMN) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work effectively with technology and business stakeholders, strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fundamental understanding of technologies used within ServiceNow (JavaScript, REST API, relational databases)
• ServiceNow certifications will be a strong asset
• Proficiency in English required
