As they scale their engineering team, they’re looking for a Senior Android Software Engineer (UI & Payments) to take a lead role in shaping the next generation of Android payment apps. In this role, you’ll craft secure, intuitive, and cutting-edge POS experiences that impact millions of daily transactions worldwide. 🔍 Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced Android apps for EFT POS terminals (Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose).
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, secure payment applications.
• Prototype, test, and implement innovative UI/UX solutions, including server-driven UI concepts.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Lead improvements in modularization, performance, and scalability across projects.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI DSS) standards.
• Support and optimize existing applications while contributing to long-term product innovation.
• Mentor and guide fellow engineers in best practices and efficient coding techniques.
• Drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, secure, and high-quality releases.

🎓 Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Android development (Kotlin & Java).
• Proficiency in Jetpack Compose and modern Android app architecture.
• Experience with modular software design and separation of concerns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, UML, and C4 modeling for system architecture.
• Understanding of server-driven UI and dynamic component rendering.
• Hardware fundamentals knowledge considered a plus.
• Fluent English (Lithuanian or Russian an advantage).
