Head of Workplace Technology

About the Role 

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Workplace Technology to lead and scale our workplace technology function. This role will own the vision, strategy, and execution for how technology supports our employees across the organization. You will ensure seamless operations of our IT infrastructure, drive automation and efficiency, and build a modern, secure, and user-friendly workplace technology environment. 

You’ll lead a team of specialists and collaborate closely with leaders across departments to ensure technology empowers productivity, enhances security, and enables growth. 

What you will do 

• Strategic leadership: Define and execute the workplace technology strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth plans. 
• Team management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing workplace technology team. 
• Technology operations: Oversee administration of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Admin Console), endpoint management, and access control across systems. 
• Service excellence: Ensure efficient resolution of employee IT requests/incidents and continuously improve service levels. 
• Automation & efficiency: Drive automation of tasks and processes to enhance scalability and productivity. 
• Security & compliance: Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to strengthen security posture, ensure policy adherence, and support ISO/DORA initiatives. 
• Innovation: Evaluate and implement new workplace technologies to improve employee experience and collaboration. 

What you need to succeed 

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. 
• Proven experience managing Google Workspace environments at scale. 
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and SaaS administration. 
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Proficiency in English (Lithuanian is a plus). 

Considerable advantages 

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking/financial services). 
• Knowledge of automation/scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, Apps Script). 
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., BeyondCorp, CrowdStrike, or equivalent). 
• Background in ITIL or modern IT service management frameworks. 
• Experience with AI-powered workplace tools or hybrid workplace solutions.

Salary

2500 - 4000 €/mon. gross
