Danica Pension, Orchestration & integration Cluster, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Owner to head our Robotics & End User Automations Squad. Located in Denmark, India, Malaysia, and Lithuania, our diverse teams are part of a larger IT and business development unit dedicated to revolutionizing the self-service implementations of Danica Pension using cutting-edge technologies. Our goal is to enhance the pension service experience, making it seamless and straightforward for our customers through innovative digital solutions and state-of-the-art workflow automation.
As the Product Owner of the Robotics & End User Automations Squad within our Orchestration & Integration Cluster, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer and advisor experiences by streamlining services through effective digital solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in spearheading the adoption of new technologies and driving the successful transition to a modern, unified Workflow & Orchestration platform.

You will:
- Define and uphold the mission and vision of the squad
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to devise optimal customer solutions
- Develop, manage, and prioritize the squad’s backlog, transforming business priorities into actionable user stories
- Ensure compliance and conduct risk assessments for applications and processes within your purview
- Maintain high motivation and engagement within your team, promoting a culture of collaboration and empowerment
- Be responsible for people management including coaching, performance evaluations, and objective setting
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, particularly in digital solution delivery and process automation
- Expertise in leading agile product development teams and facilitating agile ceremonies
- Strong capability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring strategic and operational alignment
- In-depth knowledge of process automation and familiarity with BPMN conventions
- Experience with RPA tools such as BluePrism, UiPath, Camunda, or Pega Platforms is highly advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
