Bits of your job:

  • Lead and oversee retail programs for a dietary supplement portfolio in the US market
  • Manage end-to-end program execution — from planning and supplier coordination to launch and performance tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and third-party suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Sales) to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives
  • Monitor retail program performance (sales data, KPIs, customer feedback) and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities for expanding retail partnerships and optimizing program efficiency
  • Ensure all retail activities comply with quality standards and US regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact between retail partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution
  • Take on additional tasks as needed


Key expectations:

  • Higher education
  • Proven experience in retail program management, account management, or partnership management, preferably in consumer goods, supplements, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations in the US market (e.g., distributors, partnerships, supply chain flows).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with external partners and suppliers.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze program performance and propose improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced international environment.
  • Time management skills (ability to set priorities and meet deadlines).
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English


Salary:

1500-2200 €/mon. net
