We are looking for a “Project Manager” for our world-leading client, which provides industrial tools and assembly solutions for their customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably, Electrical - Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and related fields),
  • Experience in project management role and knowledge of manufacturing, production methods and industry trends (knowledge of automotive industry will be a plus),
  • Excellent command of English both in speaking & writing,
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills,
  • Analytical thinker, self-motivated and eager to take initiative,
  • Resident or be able to reside in Eskişehir

RESPONSIBILITES

  • To plan and manage project activities including, assessing risk scheduling, resources and costs,
  • To monitor the delivery of in-house and supplier provided items,
  • To ensure that suppliers perform their business in full, complete and on time,
  • To define the scope of the projects and determine the job distribution / responsibilities,
  • To determine the technical specifications required for the RFQ's from suppliers, evaluate the received offers and follow up the order,
  • To review the specifications by working in coordination with sales, service and marketing teams before submitting the order confirmation,
  • To act proactively by adhering to the project time and to bring all stakeholders together,
  • To organize internal & external kick-off meetings,
  • To follow-up of the work done by the suppliers in accordance with the plan during project commissioning phase,
