• AI Transformation Consultant – the curious builder who loves running discovery workshops, testing models, and making complexity simple.
• AI Transformation Manager – the seasoned leader who can design AI solutions, integrate them into business systems, and get people on board.

What you’ll do

Depending on your profile, you might…

• Run AI discovery sprints – scoping, data profiling, feasibility assessments.
• Prepare and test model evaluation datasets (RAG, OCR, hybrid retrieval).
• Translate strategy into clarity, turning pilots into scalable AI services.
• Define AI architectures (on-prem LLM stacks, hybrid setups, API exposure).
• Integrate AI functionalities into ERP/data workflows (SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Microsoft).
• Guide adoption through training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor teams and set delivery standards to make sure projects don’t just launch, they last.

What we’re looking for

• Location: Luxembourg or within 50 km – we value local collaboration.
• Languages: French and English are a must; German or Luxembourgish a plus.
• Profiles:
• AI Transformation Consultant: 0–5 years of experience, knowledge of AI/ML concepts, strong analytical and communication skills.
• AI Transformation Manager: 10+ years in AI, ERP, or digital transformation projects, with proven architecture and leadership skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to ask “Why?” five times in a row.
