Your role

You will provide Level 1/2 user support and manage workstations (Windows, M365, Intune) to ensure service continuity. You will also contribute to major IT projects (cybersecurity, intranet, M365 modernization).

Your key Responsibilities

• Provide user support (incidents/requests, L1/L2).
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations.
• Enroll devices & ensure compliance via Intune/MDM.
• Strengthen endpoint security (patching, Defender, hardening, …).
• Manage IT assets & inventory (stock, loans, RMA).
• Contribute to IT documentation (procedures, user guides).

Your profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Intune/Entra ID.
• Basic knowledge of endpoint security.
• Fluent in French + professional English.
• Organized, autonomous, service-oriented, and team player.
