At Goodyear, we’re shaping the next generation of leaders who will drive our business forward. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to take global ownership of our Accelerated Leadership Development (ALD) portfolio while also serving as the Regional Leadership Capability Partner for EMEA.
This dual-impact role blends strategic, enterprise-level program leadership with regional deployment excellence—perfect for a dynamic leader who can balance global vision with local execution. You’ll define and evolve our high-potential leadership journeys, ensure alignment to enterprise succession needs, and enable impactful leadership development across the EMEA region.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in complexity, values global-local integration, and is passionate about shaping leaders who can transform businesses.
What You’ll Do
Global Leadership Development
- Lead Goodyear’s global ALD strategy, shaping high-potential journeys across leadership levels and readiness stages.
- Partner with the ALD Program Manager to design innovative, data-informed programs integrating experiential learning, assessments, and technology.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ALD programs—from diagnostics and onboarding to vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and measurement.
Regional Capability Leadership (EMEA)
- Ensure consistent, high-quality deployment of leadership development programs across all L&D pillars: Professional Development, Pivotal Moments, Accelerated Development, and Team Interventions.
- Adapt global strategies to meet regional needs while maintaining alignment with COE governance and standards.
- Serve as the leadership development partner to regional HRLT, HRBPs, and business leaders.
People Leadership
- Coach and enable two distinct direct reports:
- Program Manager – driving ALD strategy and global delivery.
- Regional Facilitator – ensuring flawless regional execution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, insight-sharing, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Insight Management
- Build trusted relationships with global and regional leaders to strengthen sponsorship, visibility, and impact.
- Define and track success metrics; integrate learner feedback and talent insights into ongoing improvements.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise leadership development, with a blend of global program strategy and regional execution.
- Proven track record in high-potential and succession-linked leadership programs.
- Expertise in leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, 360s) and adult learning methodologies.
- Skilled at leading distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
- Deep cultural intelligence with fluency in EMEA business dynamics.
- Strong influencing skills in matrixed environments.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA and occasionally globally (~20–30%).
What Success Looks Like
- Global Impact: Increased readiness, HiPo promotions, strong executive sponsorship, and exceptional learner feedback for ALD programs.
- Regional Excellence: Seamless, aligned leadership program delivery across EMEA.
- Team Growth: High performance and alignment of both direct reports.
- Stakeholder Trust: Positive feedback from HRLT, HRBPs, and business leaders.
- Continuous Evolution: Data-driven improvements embedded into global and regional strategies.
Your impact in the first 12 months:
- Launch 1–2 global ALD pilot cohorts in partnership with the Program Manager.
- Establish regular alignment with EMEA HRLT and HRBPs for program delivery.
- Embed regional insights into global decision-making and learning strategy refinement.
