We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable business insights, building interactive dashboards, and developing reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making.

This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong expertise in Power BI, and are passionate about using data to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, external files)
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation processes
  • Build and maintain data models to support reporting and business intelligence needs
  • Provide analytical insights to support both operational and strategic decision-making.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Design and implement reporting frameworks to deliver timely and accurate business metrics
  • Automate recurring reports and develop self-service analytics solutions
  • Create real-time dashboards for monitoring business performance
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting infrastructure
  • Provide training and support to end users on dashboards and reporting tools.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end data projects
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency with Power BI (required) or other BI platforms (Tableau, QlikView, Looker)
  • Expertise in DAX and Power Query for advanced Power BI development
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with ETL tools and processes
  • Knowledge of cloud data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data connectivity
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Data Management & Governance

  • Strong understanding of data quality management
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
