Role Summary

Support development project planning, market research, and design initiatives while ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic goals for the Group, Business Unit and Project. This role involves coordinating stakeholder communications, managing project reports, and assisting with conducting financial and feasibility analyses to drive successful retail and mixed-use developments.

ROLE PROFILE

• Project Definition: Assist in defining projects, including objectives, costs, benefits, and timelines.
• Customer-Centric Development: Ensure development opportunities are customer-focused.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, demographics, and geography.
• Design & Planning: Support in creating design briefs and space planning for retail developments.
• Space Assessment: Assist in evaluating space planning and recommending improvements.
• Development Reporting: Help with reporting on milestones, financials, and risks for stakeholders.
• Development Review: Gather data for reviews and assist in auditing retail design.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with stakeholders and foster team collaboration to meet business goals.

Requirements

• Industry Knowledge & Analysis: Basic understanding of the real estate industry, economic trends, and financial analysis for assessing development opportunities.
• Feasibility & Design Planning: Knowledge of feasibility analysis, including market and risk assessments, and understanding of design principles for shopping malls and mixed-use developments.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management processes, including planning, resource allocation, cost, and risk management.
• Experience: 4+ years in mixed-use developments, preferably retail.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in engineering Design & Construction, Architecture MBA/Project Management Certification a plus.
