What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and improve scalable AI services and pipelines.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models, including Transformer-based architectures.
• Adapt existing AI modules for production-grade systems with a focus on safety, reliability, and ethical guardrails.
• Implement Generative AI solutions tailored to business needs.
• Work with LLMs and SLMs to build innovative applications, leveraging techniques like prompt engineering, fine-tuning, quantization, and distillation.
• Develop and integrate APIs from leading AI providers (Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Meta, etc.).
• Build multi-agent systems and orchestrations using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and N8N.
• Integrate ML and LLM outputs via RAG pipelines, semantic search, vector databases, and agent memory architectures.
• Collaborate with software engineers and architects to ensure robust, scalable AI deployment.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization for production-ready AI solutions.
• Stay on top of the latest AI research, frameworks, and industry trends, applying them to enhance our products.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence with a drive for continuous learning and research.
• Solid programming skills in Python (Julia or similar languages a plus).
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorRT, and Transformer-based models.
• Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and Generative AI concepts (basic foundation sufficient).
• Experience with cloud-based AI providers (Azure, OpenAI, Google Cloud, AWS, Meta, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AI guardrails for reliability, safety, and ethical compliance.
• Knowledge of vector search, embeddings, and hyperparameter optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective team collaboration and research sharing.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic workflows and orchestration.
• Exposure to semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Practical knowledge of multi-agent systems and agent memory architectures.
