Who you are

• A skilled DeFi engineer with 1+ years building Smart Contracts and shipping production-ready systems;
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Solidity and Javascript. Familiarity with Python is a plus;
• Deep understanding of EVM-based DeFi primitives, ERC standards (ERC4626, ERC7540). Knowledge of FHEVM and zk is a plus.
• Proactive and collaborative, you're comfortable working across disciplines to ship fast, iterate often, and solve real problems;
• Strong ownership mindset, you care about clean code, safety, and real-world deployment.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain the core smart contracts powering the Orion protocol on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains;
• Write thorough tests and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure safety and efficiency;
• Work collaboratively to rapidly iterate, experiment, and grow the protocol;
• Stay updated with the latest in smart contract standards (ERCs), DeFi protocols, Ethereum tooling and security best practices.
