As our Product Designer, you will:
- Design impactful solutions: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to turn ideas into reality.
- You have a great eye for detail and know what makes a design look good and feel intuitive.
- Collaborate closely with engineers: Work side-by-side with developers throughout the project lifecycle to refine user experiences, address technical constraints, and ensure a seamless implementation of your designs.
- Be a team player: Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life while fostering a collaborative, respectful environment.
- Iterate and improve: Leverage user testing, analytics, and feedback to continually refine interfaces.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of experience in product or UI design, preferably in the digital or B2B space.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma is a must.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally.
- A willingness to embrace constraints and find creative solutions alongside engineering partners.
- You bring fresh perspectives to the table and see every challenge as an opportunity to create something great.
- You actively seek out opportunities to grow and enjoy taking on new challenges.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working with design systems, creating and maintaining consistency across multiple products.
- Experience with user research (UX).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and an iterative design process.
- A passion for designing B2B professional tools that don’t suck and elevate the user experience.
