As our Product Designer, you will:

• Design impactful solutions: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to turn ideas into reality.
• You have a great eye for detail and know what makes a design look good and feel intuitive.
• Collaborate closely with engineers: Work side-by-side with developers throughout the project lifecycle to refine user experiences, address technical constraints, and ensure a seamless implementation of your designs.
• Be a team player: Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life while fostering a collaborative, respectful environment.
• Iterate and improve: Leverage user testing, analytics, and feedback to continually refine interfaces.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of experience in product or UI design, preferably in the digital or B2B space.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma is a must.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally.
• A willingness to embrace constraints and find creative solutions alongside engineering partners.
• You bring fresh perspectives to the table and see every challenge as an opportunity to create something great.
• You actively seek out opportunities to grow and enjoy taking on new challenges.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience working with design systems, creating and maintaining consistency across multiple products.
• Experience with user research (UX).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and an iterative design process.
• A passion for designing B2B professional tools that don’t suck and elevate the user experience.
