- Demand generation alignment – design events and community activities that contribute to pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and overall marketing KPIs.
- Event planning & execution – define concepts, topics, speakers, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with internal experts and the marketing team.
- Community engagement – manage company presence in forums, user groups, and other community tools; promote events in relevant channels; and grow Zebra BI’s community visibility.
- Influencer & partner collaborations – coordinate occasional partnerships with industry influencers, including briefing, alignment, and co-promotion.
- Customer events – collaborate with the Customer Success team to organize customer-facing events such as industry-specific roundtables, Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and other relationship-building formats.
- Promotion & communication – write event briefs, coordinate with design, content, and paid media teams, and ensure timely promotion and clear communication with registrants.
- Performance reviews – track and analyze event results (registrations, attendance, engagement, conversion to trial/customers), and report insights to guide future improvements.
- Content repurposing – partner with content marketing to extend event value (recordings, highlight clips, blogs, newsletters, social posts).
- Conference & live event management – represent the company at key industry conferences, manage logistics, organize speaking opportunities for Zebra BI experts, and coordinate swag, booths, and collateral.
- Collateral & swag – oversee production and timely delivery of event merchandise and ensure sales/marketing materials (brochures, one-pagers, presentations) are prepared.
- Internal collaboration – work closely with marketing, sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless event follow-up and lead handoff.
- Innovation & experimentation – test new formats, channels, and tools to enhance event reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Documentation & best practices – maintain internal records (Jira, Confluence, HubSpot) of processes, results, and learnings to support scaling.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in event management, community building, or field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
