DevOps Engineer

Switzerland · Full-time · Associate

Are you a passionate DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and secure cloud-native deployments? In this role, you will be a crucial part of a team responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining resilient and scalable infrastructure that supports critical enterprise applications across hybrid cloud environments, primarily on Azure and AWS. You will build and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, and CloudFormation, while automating configuration management through Ansible. Your expertise in container technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker will be essential as you implement GitOps practices with Flux CD and Argo CD, enabling smooth and reliable continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Your day-to-day work will involve embedding security and compliance directly into the DevOps lifecycle, leveraging tools such as HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and integrating vulnerability scanning with Checkmarx and Trivy into CI/CD workflows. You will take ownership of monitoring and performance optimization using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution. Collaboration with development teams, security officers, and stakeholders will be key, as you contribute your scripting skills in Bash and Python to automate repetitive tasks, troubleshoot complex system issues, and perform root cause analyses. Your structured and analytical approach will help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, highly available environment.

To succeed in this role, you bring solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code, combined with a strong security mindset and familiarity with modern CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, and GitHub Actions. While German language skills are a must due to close collaboration with local teams, your open-source mentality, proactive attitude, and professional certifications (such as HashiCorp Terraform Associate or RedHat Certified System Administrator) will set you apart. If you want to shape the future of cloud infrastructure and help build secure, scalable, and automated environments, this opportunity is the next step in your career.
