UX/UI Designer (4–5 years of experience): Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end design process: from defining flows and wireframes to final visual design.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers in interpreting insights and applying them to design.
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate the value proposition.
• Create and maintain Design Systems to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all products.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure correct implementation of designs.
• Apply accessibility and usability principles at all stages of the design process.
• Contribute to co-creation workshops and ideation sessions with stakeholders and users.
• Stay up to date on trends, patterns, and tools in digital design.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in consulting, agencies, or digital products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Experience designing responsive and cross-platform interfaces (web and mobile).
• Practical knowledge of usability principles, accessibility (WCAG), and Nielsen heuristics.
• Experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects with real impact.

Valued Skills

• Knowledge of motion design or microinteractions.
• Experience designing complex products (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, banking, healthcare).
• Ability to facilitate ideation or co-creation workshops.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS for better communication with development teams.
