We are seeking multiple Grant Acquisition Specialists to secure funding for two ambitious initiatives at the crossroads of Web3, gaming, and social impact. You do not need expertise in both gaming and philanthropy: one of the two is enough.

About the projects

·       Seed Incident / Kafka Effect – An innovative MMORPG blending immersive storytelling, blockchain integration, and real-world impact. Players’ actions help fund charitable causes through Giving Back, with a unique sustainable Play-to-Earn model.

·       Giving Back – A Web3-powered philanthropy platform enabling charities, foundations, and NGOs to raise funds in new ways, with full blockchain transparency.

What you’ll do

·       Identify and apply for relevant grants in your area of expertise:

• Gaming/Web3 sector (studios, publishers, blockchain projects, industry partners)

• Philanthropy/Web3/social impact sector (blockchain projects, foundations, family offices, NGOs, associative networks)

·       Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

·       Use our detailed documentation and ready-to-go pitch decks to craft compelling, targeted applications.

What we’re looking for

·       Fluent English (spoken & written).

·       Solid Web3/crypto awareness, with contacts and practical experience in the space.

·       For gaming-focused roles: Knowledge of the gaming industry ecosystem.

·       For philanthropy-focused roles: Familiarity with philanthropic networks and funding bodies.

·       French is a plus, but not required.

Remuneration

·       Commission-based: Percentage of grants successfully secured.
