- Competitive Intelligence: Perform ongoing market research and competitive analysis to benchmark against similar and competing products, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
- Customer Environment Understanding: Deeply understand customer operational models, ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks to ensure the product design supports compliance and seamless integration.
- Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and maintain the UX roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with tactical improvements. Translate feedback and research into clear product requirements.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with UX design, engineering, QA, product marketing, and sales to deliver roadmap items on time and at high quality. Act as the bridge between strategy and execution.
- Go-To-Market Leadership: Partner with product marketing to shape messaging, demos, and enablement for the reimagined UX. Lead customer-facing sessions to communicate the vision, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
For that mission you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within enterprise, cybersecurity, or B2G industries.
- Proven track record of driving UX/UI transformations or redesign initiatives in partnership with design teams for complex products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights.
