Your role

We believe the role is divided into approximately 70% of your time spent on development oriented tasks and 30% on facilitating the team. As a Frontend Developer with a Team lead profile, you will:

• Design and build product-oriented web apps on top of our business logic services, in Angular and/or React.
• Contribute with frontend expertise in the team’s technical work: architecture, code reviews, UI guidelines, and quality standards.
• Facilitate Scrum-alike ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach and mentor team members and help the team grow in both practices and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and quality assurance to deliver measurable value.
• Drive performance, accessibility, and observability in the frontend, including relevant metrics and traceability.
• Speed up delivery by adopting AI-augmented development in your own workflow (coding, testing, troubleshooting, automation).

Tech environment

• React 18+ and Angular 17+, TypeScript, Sass & Scss
• State management using Redux & RxJS
• Redux toolkit (RTK), REST api’s
• UI/UX using Figma designs, Storybook, custom component library baselined in Reactstrap, Bootstrap, Angular Material
• Vitest & Jest for unit and component test, Robot Framework for e2e test
• Planning and CI/CD in Azure DevOps

What you bring

• Solid experience in Angular or React building production-grade applications at scale.
• Strong TypeScript skills and modern frontend architecture knowledge.
• Relevant certification or proven track record of leading an agile team.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, outcome-driven mindset.
• Focus on performance, accessibility, and security in the web.
• Ability to translate product goals into clear UI deliverables.
• Experience adapting AI-driven development into your workflow — for coding, testing, troubleshooting, or automation.

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining a design system/component library at scale.
• Exposure to data-heavy UIs: large tables, virtual lists, batch flows.
• Understanding of backend APIs in .NET and how UI choices impact server cost and latency.
• Experience with real-time patterns like WebSockets or event-driven UIs.
• Interest in growing into people leadership over time.
