What We Work With:

We’re seeking a Security Engineer. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for securing comprehensive solutions that address business needs, working across different solutions within our organization:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business partners, product owners, and developers, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Drive the security documentation as it relates to the digital product.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to development teams to enhance their technical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Be the speaking partner in and out of the digital product team on the topic of Cyber Security.

Implementation:

• Ensure solutions are secure, have fallback plans, and align with best practices and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and work on remediation plans.
• Ensure security incident plans within the scope of the product are in place.
• Ensure identity and access control are fit for purpose.
• Identify vulnerabilities and remediate them.
• Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control.
• Knowledge of containerized environments, including deployment, scaling, and management using Kubernetes (K8s) or Red Hat OpenShift
• Some knowledge of other cloud services, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience managing and securing on-premises infrastructure, alongside cloud-native environments.
