The Role
We’re looking for a mission-driven CEO to lead early growth and land our first clients. You’ll shape the go-to-market, build relationships with investors and partners, and guide product fit with pilot users.
This is a founder-level role with zero to minimal salary and a strong equity upside.
You Should Have:
- 5+ years' experience in a finance or fintech related field
- Experience as a fintech/startup founder or early exec
- A network in finance, or asset management
- Product skills and the ability to listen to clients
- Hustle, storytelling skills, and strong founder energy
- Ability to work on site in Stockholm
About Us:
dserv.io is a fintech startup building tokenization-as-a-service infrastructure for small to mid-sized investment firms. We help firms tokenize assets, manage investor deposits, and enable compliant digital transactions—built with MiCA in mind.
