We're building the protocol for private, intent-driven discovery, where agents work on your behalf, match you with the right people, and coordinate actions based on unstructured signals like curiosity, goals, and timing. Think programmable introductions, reputation-driven matching, and context-aware ambient discovery.

Now, we're looking for a Founding Fullstack Engineer to help us push that vision forward. You’ll be shaping the architecture of both our frontend and backend, building systems that integrate into real-world social protocols. You'll prototype fast, test with real users, and iterate in the wild.

What You’ll Work On

• Building and scaling our Next.js + React frontend (with Tailwind, Radix UI, and Ant Design)
• Designing and implementing Express + TypeScript APIs backed by Postgres (via Drizzle ORM) and Redis
• Prototyping real-time, event-driven features that support intent-driven discovery
• Developing SDKs and services that external developers can use

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have 3+ years of hands-on TypeScript experience across frontend and backend
• Strong with Next.js/React (hooks, state, performance, component design)
• Solid backend experience with Express, Postgres (SQL/ORMs), and Redis
• Comfortable with DevOps basics (Docker, CI/CD, cloud infra like AWS)
• Proficient with Git, Unix, and modern dev environments
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love shipping quickly

Bonus Points

• Experience with real-time apps (WebSockets, SSE, Kafka, etc.)
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization flows, privacy-preserving systems, or social graphs
• Interest in protocol design, developer SDKs, or distributed systems
• Eye for design and user experience, not just backend efficiency
• Background in philosophy, linguistics, cognitive science, or anything that helps understand meaning and context
