Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Android development using Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of MVVM architecture and Android Jetpack libraries
• Hands-on experience with Camera APIs (Camera2 and/or CameraX)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Retrofit, and local storage solutions (SQLite, Room, etc.)
• Version control experience with Git
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and deliver high-quality code

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications for ForenScope’s forensic imaging devices
• Implement new features with a focus on performance, stability, and user experience
• Work closely with camera modules and image processing integrations
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and responsive interfaces
• Ensure seamless communication between devices and applications (USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi)
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
