🌊 Step into RedStone – the fastest-growing blockchain startup – as a DeFi Analyst šŸ‘„ About Us

RedStone is a fast-growing Polish blockchain startup revolutionizing oracle infrastructure. With our 50+ person team, including over 50% senior engineers, we deliver scalable, secure, and low-latency off-chain data to smart contracts across multiple chains. We’ve secured over $6B in TVS, raised $15M in Series A funding, and were recognized by Forbes as the top VC-backed startup in Poland.

Backed by leading Web3 names like Arrington Capital, Stani Kulechov (Aave), and Gnosis, our team includes alumni from Google, OpenZeppelin, and major crypto projects. We work remotely across time zones, with a Warsaw HQ for deep work and collaboration.

🧠 About the Role

As a DeFi Analyst at RedStone, you’ll play a key role in shaping our approach to risk, research, and strategy across decentralized finance. You’ll combine rigorous analysis with strategic impact — designing frameworks that set market standards, guiding decision-making at the highest levels, and directly contributing to RedStone’s growth in DeFi and beyond.

You’ll work closely with our technical and business teams to evaluate protocols, assess risks, and uncover new opportunities across the DeFi landscape. Over time, you’ll take ownership of coverage areas, build expertise in specific segments, and become a thought leader within our ecosystem.
