- Around 2-3 years of experience in complex project management
- Ability to work easily with technology and tools
- Exceptional ability to untangle complex issues using logical reasoning and creative thinking.
- Ability to engage cross functionally with various stakeholders to drive the business forward
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Focus on teamwork and support
- Experience in the pharma industry will be a big plus!
- Polish native or at least C1 level
- English at least C1 level
- Act as a primary point of contact for markets and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout projects
- Engage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelines
- End-to-end project delivery
- Cooperation with various (external,internal) project stakeholders
