We are recruiting an 'ERP Developer - Lead' for one of our clients, who is a fertilizer company based in Ajman, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established fertilizers company in Ajman, UAE, recognized for its commitment to supporting the agricultural sector with high-quality and sustainable solutions. The company specializes in the supply and distribution of a wide range of fertilizers, tailored to meet the diverse needs of farmers, landscapers, and agribusinesses across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a modern ERP system architecture supporting a multi-company environment
  • Lead and mentor a development team, overseeing both backend and frontend operations
  • Develop scalable APIs to enable seamless integration with third-party platforms
  • Ensure code quality and reliability by applying best practices, testing protocols, and thorough documentation
  • Research and embed AI/ChatGPT-driven solutions into core workflows to enhance system efficiency
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends to drive continuous innovation



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proven expertise in backend and frontend development
  • Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend framework (e.g., Laravel, Node.js/NestJS, Django, or equivalent)
  • Solid knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Next.js
  • Hands-on experience in API development and third-party integrations
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and system architecture design
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small development team effectively
  • Interest or practical experience in AI tools, ChatGPT integration, and process automation

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and managing multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, including OAuth, RBAC, and data encryption
  • Practical experience with modern analytics and reporting tools
