Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue, margin, and profit growth in consumer electronics and home appliances within the assigned sales channel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact closely with cross-functional stakeholders to keep sales plan, pricing plans and net margin achievement in focus. Build relationships and trust to influence stakeholders in making necessary decisions regarding products.
Financial Alignment: Engage with Finance, business leaders, and regional teams to gain alignment on the business plan. Ensure expenses and material-related costs are known in a timely manner to drive strategic pricing actions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Establish cross-functional leadership by ensuring expenses and other material-related costs are known promptly, driving strategic actions throughout the year.
Support for sales team: Provide Key Account Managers, eCommerce managers, and sales managers with strategic and pricing support during contract negotiation, modifications, and business development.
Pricing Strategies: Develop pricing strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction by adjusting and establishing selling prices through monitoring competition, costs, supply, and demand.
Inventory Management: Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability. Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices. Analyze and review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
Customer Relationship Management: Own major customer accounts, strengthen relationships through a deep understanding of customer issues, and provide value-added expertise in stock, pricing & revenue Management.
Discounting Optimization: Actively monitor discounting trends to identify and drive opportunities for improved discounting behaviors.
Reporting and Analysis: Build reports and dashboards to support day-to-day operations, sales, receivable collection, price execution and strategy. Report and analyze monthly actual and FY forecasted margin/profit versus budgeted and other established goals.
Continuous Improvement: Identify functional areas where new tools/dashboards can be deployed, or existing ones improved.
Market Analysis and Expansion: Conduct thorough market analysis for new-market entry and the introduction of new lines of products.
Brand Representation: Represent the company and actively promote products at launches and client meetings, ensuring a positive brand image.
Skills:
Proven experience in a senior management role in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry.
Strong expertise in pricing strategies, financial alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in inventory management, customer relationship management, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
