🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the digital experience design across our platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with a user-first mindset and a strong sense of visual design, capable of delivering intuitive web interfaces while also supporting brand-aligned creative assets for digital marketing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability analysis to guide the website experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups optimized for web and mobile.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and a smooth user experience.
- Support visual design tasks for digital channels, including:
- Website banners, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
- UI elements such as buttons, icons, and interaction states.
- Creative assets for social media posts, stories, and paid campaigns, in alignment with brand guidelines (when needed).
- Contribute to A/B testing and conversion rate optimization through design iterations.
- Ensure accessibility standards, responsive design, and brand consistency across all assets.
- Work with the graphic designer and marketing executive to maintain a unified visual identity across platforms.
🔹 Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital portfolio.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to deliver both conceptual and production-ready assets.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and managing feedback loops effectively.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
