ML & Gen AI Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can drive innovation at the intersection of ML, GenAI, and transport engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI solutions for transport operations, rail infrastructure, road traffic & autonomous systems.
• Build and deploy LLM & ML applications (RAG, copilots, predictive analytics, optimization tools)
• Collaborate with industry experts to turn mobility challenges into real AI impact.
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, safe, and compliant.
• Mentor a talented AI/ML team.

Required experience

• 7–10+ years in software/ML engineering
• Proven track record in transport, rail, mobility, or autonomous driving projects
• Expertise in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), LLM tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and MLOps/LLMOps
• Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
