About The Role

That’s why we’re hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our expanding L&D team. In this role, you’ll be the engine that keeps our learning programs running: managing logistics, supporting the rollout of our new learning platform, and making sure every learning experience is smooth and impactful. Under our Senior Director, People Experience, you’ll work closely with our L&D Manager to deliver programs that scale with speed, creativity, and purpose. What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate the details that make learning happen: scheduling, logistics, communications, and follow-up
- Support the launch and day-to-day operations of our new LXP, Sana, making it the go-to place for learning at Camunda
- Track participation, feedback, and outcomes to help us learn what’s working, and move quickly to improve what’s not
- Partner with the L&D Manager to roll out high-impact programs that fuel growth and performance
- Create clear, engaging resources and communications to make learning easy to access and apply
- Provide direct support to Camundi and managers, helping remove friction and keep learning moving forward.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities.
- Clear, proactive communication: you make sure people know what they need, when they need it.
- A bias for action: you both identify problems and take steps to solve them
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, with enthusiasm for learning and development
- Comfort working in a global, fast-paced remote environment where speed and adaptability are key
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- Experience with learning platforms (LMS/LXP) or HR systems.
- Previous exposure to training coordination, onboarding, or employee programs.
- Creativity in solving problems and finding ways to make processes simpler or more effective.
- Experience collecting and interpreting feedback or data to improve programs.
- Excitement about helping to build and scale a function from the ground up.
Compensation
What We Have to Offer:
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
- United States: $84,100.00 to $135,600.00
- Germany: €54,400.00 to €89,900.00
- United Kingdom: £52,800.00 to £86,900.00
- Singapore: S$104,500.00 to S$156,700.00
Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
