ABOUT THE ROLE


You will be responsible to cultivate a thriving workplace environment by strategizing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives that promote a sense of belonging, motivation, and satisfaction among employees. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering a positive organizational culture, driving employee retention, and enhancing overall employee experience within the company.


PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE: WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST


  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, initiatives, and policies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify key engagement areas and create action plans for improvement.
  • Organize and oversee events, workshops, and activities aimed at promoting a positive workplace culture and team bonding.
  • Conduct surveys, assessments, and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and sentiment, utilizing data to drive improvements.
  • Create communication strategies to ensure transparent and effective internal communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, promoting open dialogue, and facilitating resolutions.
  • Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY


  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience working in a Talent Engagement role in the hospitality industry
