Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong .NET and AWS expertise to design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical skills with strategic thinking, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure applications that meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and development for .NET-based applications leveraging AWS cloud services.
• Analyze business requirements, create high-level and detailed technical specifications, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise integration and scalability goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide best practices for application architecture, performance optimization, and cloud adoption strategies.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of combined software development and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of .NET (Framework and Core) development, with a focus on web-related frameworks.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience, with strong preference for AWS.
• 4–5 years of experience in analyzing business requirements and producing technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate enterprise-scale technical integrations.
• Proven negotiation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or equivalent) are a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD, microservices architecture, or containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
