Role: Jr. DevOps Engineer

Education & Skillset: Computer Science graduates with scripting knowledge.

• Demonstrate practical experience of engineering best

practices while being obsessed with continuous

improvement

• Develop, deploy and manage a highly-scalable and high availability

platform monitoring and maintaining service

performance and availability metrics

• Take ownership of our configuration management

platforms

• Collaborate with engineers to bring new features and

services into production

• Develop and improve operational practices and procedures

• Willingness to be available 24x7 for Support related

escalations

• Define, document and translate business requirements into

detailed functional specifications and non-functional

specifications

• Responsible for the development and implementation of

Technical Training courses

• Creation of learning aids and communications

• Creation of eLearning and instructor-led content for both

field and office employees

• Responsible for adherence to the materials management

system, publishing, versioning and controls of training

content

• Weekly Release Reporting, Negotiate, Plan and manage all

release activities.

• Manage relationships and coordinate work between

different teams at different locations
