The UX/UI Designer will report to the UX/UI Manager. The UX/UI Designer’s primary mandate is delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UX/UI design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigating user experience design requirements for NRT Technology’s digital assets.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the brand.
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user and on par with established style guides.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Conduct user interviewing/testing when needed; extrapolate meaningful actions and data.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Provide confirmation that development assets meet the requirements and procedures set by the UI/UX team.
  • All other duties as assigned by the UX/UI Manager.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.

Required Skills

  • A portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Independently productive.
  • Skill in using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
  • Experience in conducting usability tests and gathering user feedback to iterate and refine designs for enhanced usability and user satisfaction.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy to create engaging and consistent visual designs aligned with brand identity.
  • Ability to design interactive elements and user flows that facilitate smooth and intuitive user interactions within digital products.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure design feasibility.
