You Will
- HR Filing system
- Setup the HR filing system to ensure easy update, accuracy and quick retrieval
- Process Improvements utilizing our systems and technologies
- Build basic, on-brand presentations in keynote relative to compliance or process improvement initiatives
- Setup management standards and ensure compliance for all stakeholders
- Administrative
- Maintain employee calendar for talent team meetings
- Maintain people data in HRIS & Physical storage
- Coordinate onboarding documentation: issuance and maintance of Promotion and increases, Offers, SOX and Addendum
- Experience should include employee relations, classification and compensation, job analysis, retention, organizational and talent development, development of and application of policies and procedures, employee engagement, investigations and organizational strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively.
- Administrative and organizational skills, a basic knowledge of employment laws, aptitude for balancing multiple requests and tasks with strong organizational and time management skills
