Job Summary
Join a collaborative Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) supporting a high-impact Microsoft E5 project. Info Security Analyst'll define, develop, and implement Information Security controls while helping modernize operations. This role offers an opportunity to work with AI-driven security tools, cross-functional teams, and strategic initiatives to elevate incident response and threat detection.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies, controls, and documentation aligned with Microsoft E5
  • Lead or support cybersecurity investigations, including containment and recovery planning
  • Build and optimize incident response playbooks and runbooks
  • Contribute to cross-functional security efforts with a focus on detection, analysis, and mitigation
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to enhance existing security posture
  • Influence technology risk culture across the organization
Required Experience
  • 7+ years in information security or cybersecurity roles
  • Strong background in consulting or enterprise environments (e.g., KPMG, Deloitte, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft E5 and its security components
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and engaging with technical/non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Background contributing to Security Operations Center (SOC) modernization
  • Exposure to XSOAR automation and low-level security scripting
  • Familiarity with creating APIs or Python-based integrations
Required Skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft E5 and/or E3, Sentinel, Defender XDR
  • Proficiency in building structured incident response processes and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and develop creative solutions
  • Presentation and planning skills (PMP-style deck creation)
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python
  • API integration for automation
  • Familiarity with AI or modern threat intelligence tools
Additional Skills
  • Working in regulated or financial environments
  • Experience with performance reporting and scorecards
  • Security knowledge management best practices
