Overview

Experienced and detail-oriented project coordinator with a strong background in supporting cross-functional teams, managing documentation, and driving operational efficiency across multiple projects. Skilled in stakeholder communication, project scheduling, and in-store media operations. Known for being highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports project coordination and communications with third-party strategic partners, contributing to incremental revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Assists with screen installation and content management schedules in collaboration with construction and category teams.
  • Supports stakeholder communication and documentation related to in-store media governance and operational guardrails. Works cross-functionally to ensure operational rules for in-store advertising are implemented effectively, helping to drive sales.
  • Maintains high-quality project documentation, including workback schedules, meeting minutes, metrics reports, general communications, and administrative tasks. Coordinates team meetings and ensures notes and action items are documented and shared appropriately.
  • Acts as a point of contact for in-store media sales and operational requests from internal teams (e.g., providing custom lists, store-level photos, etc.).
  • Provides ad hoc support on other related initiatives within the in-store media environment.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a project coordinator or support role.
  • Understanding of project management principles and processes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations; self-starter.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Capable of working with cross-functional teams and following up on tasks to support project timelines.
  • Familiarity with financial or budget-related practices is preferred.
  • Experience with facilities, equipment, or construction projects is an asset.
  • Some exposure to data analysis is a plus.
