We are looking for a CTO who wants to build the technical backbone of our company. You will lead engineering across multiple industries, architect reusable AI infrastructure, and set the standard for how we deliver cutting edge, enterprise grade solutions that redefine what is possible.

This is not about maintaining a codebase. It is about leading at the frontier of applied AI and shaping systems and teams that deliver meaningful impact.

• Lead and scale a high performing engineering team of 15 plus developers and growing

• Oversee multiple AI projects in parallel, delivering production ready solutions at speed

• Architect modular infrastructure including orchestration layers, agent frameworks, retraining pipelines, and secure data flows

• Stay ahead of the curve on LLMs, multimodal AI, and the evolving open source and enterprise stack

• Manage technical budgets of 1M USD plus while aligning roadmaps with commercial outcomes

• Represent Intersect AI with clients, boards, and investors as the technical voice of the company

• Build a culture that attracts and retains elite AI talent globally

• 3 to 5 plus years experience as CTO, ideally across consulting, SaaS, or venture backed startups

• Proven track record leading engineering teams of 15 plus while running multiple projects

• Deep AI and ML expertise including LLM orchestration, agent design, and multimodal systems

• Experience architecting secure and scalable enterprise grade infrastructure

• Commercially savvy with proven ability to tie technology decisions to ROI

• Strong communicator with the ability to inspire both technical and non technical stakeholders

• Founding level role shaping the trajectory of one of the most exciting AI companies in the market
