Our client, a leading multinational organization, is seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager to oversee strategic and business-critical projects across the region. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft ERP solutions, proven project management leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will combine strategic alignment, execution excellence, and stakeholder engagement while driving key digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and operational handover.
• Drive value-focused planning, aligning with business needs, IT architecture, and digital transformation goals.
• Establish and manage an adaptive execution framework, balancing scope, time, and budget while ensuring continuous improvement.
• Apply agile principles to manage risks, foster team collaboration, and adjust strategies as business priorities evolve.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between IT, business, headquarters, regional, and country teams, ensuring alignment and ownership of project success.
• Lead integrated project teams, coaching both internal and external resources to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and co-create solutions with key stakeholders.
• Provide clear and timely updates to leadership and decision-makers to ensure transparency.

Digital Transformation & Change Management

• Champion a digital-first mindset, driving ERP (Business Central / SBT) projects that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead structured change management initiatives, equipping teams with the tools and confidence to embrace new systems.
• Drive process optimization and automation, leveraging ERP functionalities to enhance business performance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards throughout project execution.

ERP & Applications Focus

• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft ERP solutions (Business Central/Navision, F&O, FICO, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Service, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale ERP projects or multi-country rollouts, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment.
• Maintain documentation such as training materials, test cases, and sign-off documents.
• Familiarity with CRM (Dynamics 365) and integration between ERP, CRM, and Power Platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, or related discipline).
• 10+ years of project management experience in IT/business projects, including 4+ years leading teams in a corporate environment.
• Solid experience in stakeholder management, including collaboration with HQ decision-makers and regional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, BI, Microsoft 365 business applications.
• Proven ability to think strategically, tactically, and operationally.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to work in a matrix, multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and drive innovation.

• Strong change management and people management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills tailored to different audiences.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is preferred.
