Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Senior Manager, Café Technology & PMO to be based in our Global HQ Office in Singapore.
In this role, you will shape the IT strategy for both company-operated and franchised markets, with a strong focus on café technology such as POS, digital menu boards, drive-thru, and inventory and labour management. You will lead the global café technology roadmap, driving digital transformation, operational efficiency, and customer experience through the adoption of emerging technologies.
You will provide both strategic and tactical support while leveraging the expertise of global and Jollibee Group resources. Partnering closely with market leaders and technology teams, you will manage IT demand, oversee budgets, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Additionally, you will head the Project Management Office (PMO), establishing governance frameworks, policies, and data integrity protocols to enable secure, scalable, and reliable café technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Create the strategic planning and direction for the café and related technology roadmap with partnership and guidance from in-market teams and leaders.
- Leading digital transformation initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Identifying emerging technologies and trends for café technology that can help the company stay competitive and leading efforts to develop new products and services.
- Provide thought leadership on café technology and in-store solutions for the global technology team
- Ensure that the company is leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions and improve customer experience aligned with overall data strategy.
- Manage, consolidate and execute on IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions.
- Guide the market-based technology teams on day-to-day IT operations, management and utilization of global budgets, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.
- Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to ensure governance, security, and safeguard data integrity.
Your Ingredients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- 10 years or more experience in store-level technology including point-of-sale, payment systems, drive-thru etc. implementation and support
- Experience in F&B / retail industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership, Communication, Interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- May require occasional travel
- PMP or SCRUM Master similar qualifications is a plus
