In this role, you’ll be part of the Network Infrastructure group, where innovation meets mission-critical operations. Expect to work with next-generation technologies such as private and hybrid cloud, converged infrastructure, SDN, optical networking, 5G, and edge computing, while contributing to secure, high-performance networks that keep global operations running seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, deployment, and day-to-day operations of enterprise network systems that support mission-critical services.
• Partner with colleagues across IT to improve network resilience, performance, and scalability.
• Gain hands-on experience on developing cutting-edge solutions with vendors.
• Provide operational support and incident response to maintain high availability.
• Contribute to initiatives in automation, monitoring, and process optimization.

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong grasp of IP networking, routing, switching, and security fundamentals.
• Curiosity and drive to develop expertise in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator with solid problem-solving skills.
• We are open to fresh graduate or junior candidates (1-3 years of experience) with prior internship, academic, or project experience in enterprise networking.
• Open to working in a 24/7 support environment as part of a rotating team.
