The Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented UX/UI Designer ready to define the future of field sales technology. What You'll Do

Build Mobile-First Solutions

  • Design exceptional mobile experiences for field sales reps who are constantly on the go
  • Ensure seamless functionality across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms with deep understanding of iOS and Android patterns
  • Drive innovative solutions that help reps move faster, work smarter, and achieve better results

Drive Data-Driven Design

  • Transform complex sales metrics and analytics into clear, actionable visual interfaces
  • Create innovative dashboards and data visualizations that provide "X-ray vision" into sales activity and performance
  • Design cutting-edge features that make complex capabilities accessible to everyday users

Lead User Research Initiatives

  • Create, execute, and report on comprehensive user research projects to understand field sales professionals' needs, pain points, and workflows
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies to gather actionable insights
  • Translate research findings into design recommendations and strategic product decisions
  • Build and maintain user personas, journey maps, and research repositories
  • This role requires the ability to conduct on-site field studies as part of required responsibilities.

Enhance Customer Journey & Adoption

  • Design onboarding flows and feature discovery experiences that accelerate time-to-value
  • Focus on improving user adoption and helping customers experience SPOTIO's full value quickly

Maintain Design Excellence

  • Contribute to and expand our scalable design system across web and mobile applications
  • Ensure platform stability and performance through thoughtful design decisions
  • Drive innovative product features that differentiate SPOTIO in the competitive field sales market
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver cohesive user experiences

Requirements

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with strong Product Designer background (If less than 5 years proof of strong competency must be provided)
  • Proven experience designing for SaaS platforms, particularly B2B enterprise software
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first design, data visualization, and complex workflow design
  • Hands-on experience creating, executing, and reporting on user research projects including interviews, usability testing, and field studies
  • Experience with and creating of design systems, user research documentation and processes, and translating insights into actionable design decisions
  • A wizard with Figma and other creation tools, such as Photoshop illustrator and Miro as well as presentation tools.
  • A strong understanding and experience using multiple AI tools, such as Figma make ChatGPT and gemini gems
  • Must have a positive, mental attitude and soft skills to back that up

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for CRM or sales software platforms
  • Background in designing innovative features or emerging technologies
  • Understanding of field sales, territory management, or outside sales workflows
  • Experience with performance-focused design and mobile optimization
