Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives within our Cards domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in credit card operations, technology delivery, and stakeholder management. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Requirement:

• Lead cross-functional projects within the Cards domain, from initiation through delivery
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless execution
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Track and report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic planning within the Cards portfolio

Salary Transparency:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $91407 to $113808.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
