As a Data Analyst - Commercial Marketing Data & Analytics in E&E, you will be responsible for the creation of intelligent tools, analysis and insights that deliver results to product marketers and sales partners with rapidly evolving requirements. You will contribute to the development of Marketing systems of Learning tools that enables key business decisions and highlight opportunities for future growth.
You will also support the rhythm of business and guide recommended actions to the stakeholders based on detailed data analysis and insights. We are seeking someone who is curious, comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented and able to use rigorous analytical techniques to develop scalable, efficient, and effective analytical data products, at times taking a deep dive into data to tell a story. In addition, you build on the successes of others, value cross team collaboration, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities
- Lead large complex analytics and reporting projects, delivering accurate, accessible, and repeatable business reporting and insights to stakeholders across all levels.
- Demonstrate leadership in business and data landscape, standardized reporting, and analysis to support performance discussions across multiple channels.
- Design and implement scalable tools and self-serving dashboards to support business performance, fuel data driven decision making, identify customer engagement patterns, and other outcomes that foster a culture of learning in the Marketing organization.
- Proactively help the business leverage data and insights to enhance our ability to inform on marketing efforts and increase efficacy of our approaches. Provide rhythm of the business analytics support, actionable insights, and recommendations to optimize and scale marketing campaigns.
- Apply a customer/stakeholder-oriented focus and user experience and design best practices to ensure data analysis is easily consumable through visualization, presentation, and storytelling.
- Execute data analysis using multiple data sets and sources. Lead discussions interpreting results and connecting them to relevant business context. Impact: provide actionable recommendations to optimize business investments in a way that can be repeated and scaled as needed.
- Partner with Data Services on technical requirements to enable data availability, data quality, transformations, and integrity for analytics and the wider business self-service usage in a secure and compliant manner.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with data engineering and modeling tools applied to Petabyte-scale data sets (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Spark).
- 3+ years of experience with tools for navigating and analyzing data (e.g. SQL, R, Python) and building data visualizations that answer business questions (Power BI, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Fabric)
- 3+ years of experience leading technical efforts and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering), and present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical senior level stakeholders.
- Experience in applying statistical techniques to extract insights, such as regression modeling, time-series analysis and forecasting.
- Experience working with Microsoft data products and tools such as Fabric, Azure Data Explorer etc.
- Experience in UI/UX design best practices.
