We are looking for an HR Automation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

  • Administration and development of HiBob HRIS (must-have): feature implementation, customization, and change support;
  • Execution of data migrations between HR systems with quality control;
  • Management of integrations between HiBob and other internal/external systems (ATS, LMS, payroll, finance, communication tools);
  • Support and development of other HR systems within the company;
  • Participation in PeopleOps automation projects using AI solutions;
  • Providing technical support to the HR team for system-related requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with HiBob (mandatory);
  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS/HR Tech;
  • Solid understanding of HR processes: onboarding, performance, compensation & benefits, time-off, reporting; Hands-on experience in managing integrations and data migrations;
  • Familiarity with APIs, basic SQL, or other data processing tools is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • English - Upper-Intermediate+.

  • Experience with other HRIS
